The 40 pounds of beef comes in about two boxes and will fit in the freezer portion of a standard refrigerator with room to spare. There is great variety: 9 pounds of steak (ribeye, NY strip, filet, sirloin, minute), 8-9 pounds of roast, approximately 20 pounds of ground beef, and about 3 pounds of stew meat.
